About this boat

Our Lagoon 62, "ZS", built in 2015, is one of the largest cruising catamarans from the Lagoon shipyard. At almost 20m in length and 10m in beam, she represents excellence in luxury and comfort, offering all the extras possible on a pleasure boat. Equipped with 4 cabins of Italian design, all of them en suite, with individual bathrooms and electric toilets and 2 cabins for the crew. Its large, extremely luminous and comfortable saloon has TV and individual air conditioning in the saloon and cabins. The boat has a watermaker to avoid having to go to port to refuel fresh water, generator for 220v independently, inverter 220v, refrigerators, freezer, gas oven, microwave, full independent kitchen, capsule coffee maker, WI FI, stereo with bluetooth, snorkel equipment, paddle surf, large hydraulic platform and semi-rigid dinghy with 60hp engine. Large flybridge with solarium and different areas to relax and enjoy the sun or as a play area for the little ones. The cockpit, with teak floor and very protected from the sun, communicates with the kitchen and the living room. For your comfort on board, the boat is crewed by an experienced skipper and a sailor and stewardess to make your holiday as pleasant as you can imagine. Frequently Asked Questions

Is this boat insured, and who pays for damage?
Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: Travel insurance is not stated as mandatory. The operator can offer one on request.
How much will fuel cost?
Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~200 HP engines burn roughly 16 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 336 L ≈ €575 at €1.71/L — scale it to your own plans.
Do I need a sailing licence in Spain?
Not personally — this boat requires a skipper, who holds the licence. Generally, though: A recognised sailing licence is required, with an ICC typically requested for non-Spanish skippers chartering a bareboat.
Where do I board the boat?
The boat is anchored in Talamanca bay, Ibiza, and we normally board and disembark from a comfortable dock when the weather allows. We'll arrange transfers and loading your provisions by phone in the days before your trip.
Do I have to bring the boat back to the base port every night?
No, the boat isn't required to spend the nights at the base port. You're also welcome to stay aboard overnight.
Are port fees and moorings included in the price?
No, moorings in ports are not included in the charter price, so please budget for them separately if you plan to stay in a marina.
When do I pay for extras?
Extras are paid when you board. Any diesel used on your charter is settled once the charter has finished.
About Playa de Talamanca
Talamanca sits just a short walk from Ibiza Town, giving you easy access to the old city and its buzz without being right in the thick of it. The marina fronts a 2km arc of soft white sand with calm, shallow water — genuinely relaxed compared to the island's more chaotic spots —… Read more →
When is the best time to sail in Spain?
April–October across the Balearics and Costa Brava; reliable warm summers, busiest in July–August with the occasional afternoon thermal breeze.
